    Responsibilities:


    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services to achieve the sales targets, maximize revenue, profits and sales opportunities

    • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

    • Visits and services existing customers, as well as growing your network with new business on OE side and AM

    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and creating solutions, including submitting documentation for product complaints, credits, etc.

    •  Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc. (This role requires a good international relationship with key decision makers -manufacturer and key accounts within the bicycle industry)

    •  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

    •  Attend Monthly sales meetings and sales training.

    • Home office option



    Qualification:
    •  5 years sales experience as a Sales Manager in the bicycle industry

    •  International network

    •  Willing to travel within Europe (min. 50%)

    •  Language skills: German, English

    •  A can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Results-oriented; You are a self-starter who is able to work with minimum direction
