Commercial and technical support of Senior Key Account Manager OEM for all tire development projects with European OEMs (Original Equipment Business)
Supporting the commercial (i.e. pricing) and contractual aspects of internal business with customers in the European Region
Supporting and processing of new enquiries with the HQ and the OEM customer
Support in setting up the supply chain (logistic flow, supplier number, EDI)
Support business development and business administration of new accounts
Support in general administrative tasks
Act as a liaison between OEM customers and supplier (1st contact to the customer)
Accompanying the approval process of customer projects in collaboration with R&D and customer
