ZC Rubber hosts European dealer meeting in Germany

Essen, Germany (May 27, 2016)— ZC Rubber hosts the European dealer meeting in Germany for the further development and marketing in the Europe market with hundreds of dealers and is going to build a new company in Europe.

Shen Jinrong, president of ZC Rubber, introduces that the company’s annual capacity in 2015 reached 13.06 million TBR, 22.13 million PCR, 4.8 million bias truck tyre, 70 million bicycle &motorcycle tyres . ZC Rubber Thailand opened last year and operates with both PCR and TBR production line to meet the customers’ demands in Southeast Asia.

 “We create a world-wide sales network in six continents and the expanding production capacity will be expected based on upgraded technologies and scientific judgment in a changing global market.” Shen Jinrong says. The targeted annual the capacity of ZC Rubber in 2018 will reach at 18 million TBR, 40 million PCR, 5 million Bias Truck Tyres, 200 thousand OTR, and 140 million Bicycle & Motorcycle tyres, according to the company.

Shen Jinrong states that ZC Rubber will focus on the development on the replacement and OE market. “We are committed to improve the OE share in the Europe that is always at the commanding heights of the global OE market.” ZC Rubber has built the cooperation relationship with SCHMITZ CARGOBULL, the leading manufacturer of trailers and semi-trailers for commercial vehicles in Europe, and provides premium OTR tyres for them, according to the company.

“New European branch of ZC Rubber is in preparation now and it will be an important step towards globalization. “The new company will feature product research, technical development and channels support, as well as to perfect the service network together with local dealers and expand the market on the off-road tyre and bicycle and motorcycle tyre.

Furthermore, ZC Rubber recently spends 20 million dollars on buying the advanced equipment to improve R&D ability, including MTS rolling resistance system and high speed uniformity system.
